Martin Brody: strength and humility

To me Ester will always be remembered as bringing energy, spirit and comedy, in and out of the rehearsal room. Her strength and humility always drove our rehearsals when we were in need of new ideas - and the fact that she was such a naturally gifted actress. She always saw the comedic side in serious and dire situations but equally could play those serious moments with sensitivity and subtlety. She was a force and a vital member of our family in Kilburn. She will always be in our hearts.
